GVK Power and Infrastructure Limited (GVKPIL) has initiated power projects that will cross over 4400 MW capacity once operational. While Jegurupadu Combined Cycle Power Plant Phase I and Phase II and Gautami Combined Cycle Power Plant are operational, several ambitious power projects are under construction and development.

GVK is developing power projects that are based on coal, gas and hydel resources. The projects are being developed across several States in the country including Andhra Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Punjab & Uttarakhand.

The group is aiming to reach 10000 MW under development and generation in the next 3–5 years.
