Understanding India’s need for better road connectivity and transport infrastructure,
GVK has entered this sector to provide world-class solutions. In this segment, GVK
is focused on undertaking and executing projects which support the growing economy
and make a difference to the lives of the common people.
It has recently won a 332 km long project in the state of Madhya Pradesh on the
National Highway No. 3 (Mumbai-Agra highway) for the Shivpuri- Dewas section. This
BOT (toll) project on DBFOT pattern under the National Highways Development Program
(Phase IV) involves conversion of the vital trade corridor connecting Western and
Central India to North India, in to 4 lanes. The project is offered for a period
of 30 years and includes a construction period of 2.5 years. GVK has also won an
83 km long 4 lane project in the state of Rajasthan between Deoli and Kota. Along
with a 102 km long 4 lane project in the state of Gujarat between Bagodara and Vasad.
Construction work on these projects will commence shortly.

GVK has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of Gujarat to develop a Greenfield port at Okhamadi, Gujarat.
